Used to remove/install the drive belt
Belt removal procedure for 2012 models:
1. Remove the driven clutch bolt and sheave adjuster
2. Set the sheave adjuster aside
3. Put this washer on the driven clutch bolt and reinstall
4. As you tighten the bolt the washer will push on the moveable sheave and spread the sheave
