OEM Arctic Cat tool
The same tool that Arctic Cat dealers use
Ensures proper spacing of the clutch towers when torquing clutch cover bolts
It tower spacing is too tight, it will obstruct movement of the moveable sheave
Includes the spanner wrench only
Fits 2013-2021 Arctic Cat Snowmobile and UTV models with TEAM Rapid Response drive clutches
Procedure:
Step 1
•Remove clutch housing
•Remove drive clutch using proper clutch puller
Step 2
•Loosen the cover bolts
Step 3
•Insert adjuster tool between the towers at the top right below the cover
Step 4
•Torque cover bolts above the adjuster tool to 110 in-lb(12.4 N-m)
Step 5
•Use a small pry bar to remove the adjuster tool
Step 5
•Repeat steps 1-4 for remainder of towers.
•Reinstall drive clutch.
•Test drive machine for proper operation.
