0746-449 is exact same as a 0746-435, but 0746-449 has two spider shims, while 0746-435 has one spider shim. The spider shims change the angle that the cam arm weights contact the spider rollers. This is fitment for the 0746-435 clutch:

2004-2006 600, 700 lay down engines with chain drive
2004-2009 600, 700, 800 lay down engines with ACT drive
2010-2015 600, 800 lay down 2-stroke engines
2010-2020 500, 570 lay down 2-stroke engines
2007-2015 1100 4-stroke non-turbo engines
Can also be used on 2016-2017 ZR 5000 models, in place of the no longer available 0746-849 TEAM clutch
