How do I get warranty on defective products?

Most products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranty. If you receive a product you feel is defective, find the manufacturer of the item listed below and follow the instructions for that manufacturer.

Arctic Cat, Textron Off Road, E-Z-GO, & Pro-Fit

Contact our customer support department to start a claim. Please provide as much information as possible such as proof of purchase, description of the defect, and pictures of the defect.

509:

You need contact 509 direct with your warranty question and 509 will work with you to resolve the issue. You will need a copy of the original sales invoice. More information on the 509 warranty claim process can be found here: https://www.ride509.com/warranties.

Bikeman Performance:

Contact our customer support department to start a claim. Please provide pictures of the defective item and proof of purchase. After we have the required information, we will file the warranty claim with Bikeman Performance. After the warranty claim is submitted, a represenative from Bikeman Performance will contact you to work with you on a resolution.

C&A:

Contact C&A directly at 888-321-6789. After the initial phone call you will be asked to send an email to the C&A represenative that is handling your claim. You will need to provide proof of purchase and pictures of the item.

FXR:

Contact our customer support department to start a claim. Please provide as much information as possible such as proof of purchase, description of the defect, and pictures of the defect.  Additional information can be viewed here: https://www.fxrracing.com/customer-service/warranty

Klim:

Visit www.klim.com/warranty or call Klim at 208-552-7433 to start a warranty claim. You will need a copy of the original sales invoice to submit this as part of the warranty process.

Motorfist:

You need contact Motorfist direct with your warranty question. Visit https://motorfist.com/warranty for additional information and to start a warranty claim. You can also call 877-347-8411 to start a claim.

Skinz Protective Gear:

Contact our customer support department to start a claim. Please provide pictures of the defective item and proof of purchase. After we have the required information, we will file the warranty claim with Skinz Protective Gear.
