Can I change or cancel my order?

As soon as your order is placed we start processing immediately. Any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.  This does not guarantee your request can be completed, but it does give the best chance for us to find the order and make the changes requested before it is too far in the processing stage.  After 30 minutes, no modifications or cancellations will be possible.  

Note: Due to new state reporting rules we are NOT able to add items to your order even if you contact us within 30 minutes. If you forgot an item on your original order, a new seperate order will need to be placed for any additional items you need.

If you are within 30 minutes of placing your order and would like to make a request to cancel part of or the entire order, contact the order department and provide as much detail as possible on what changes you want to make. We will do our best to accomodate your request. Depending on what stage of processing your order is in, changes may not be able to be made.
