When will my order ship?   Orders ship when all items are in stock.  Orders placed with all items in stock normally ship in 1 business day or less.  If you have items in your cart that are not in stock the order will NOT ship until these items have been received from our supplier.  Please keep this in mind when selecting the shipping method on your order.  We provide estimated delivery dates during checkout.  Please keep in mind these are estimated dates, not guaranteed delivery dates.  It does not factor in delays that can occur because of backorders, delays in receiving items from our suppliers, or any shipping carrier related delays that may occur (weather).  Country Cat does not refund shipping charges if your order does not deliver on the estimated date.  

Eligible orders will be offered the option to be split at checkout.  If this option is selected, the in stock items will ship within 1 business day via the shipping method selected at checkout and the out of stock items will ship via ground shipping when they are in stock.  The estimated delivery dates displayed will reflect the arrival of the in stock items only.  The out of stock items will deliver at a later date.  A $4.99 fee is charged for this service.  Additional shipping details can be found below.

General Shipping Info: Orders are shipped via the method you choose during checkout.  The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is NOT a guaranteed delivery date.  In order for items to ship the same business day an order is placed, we MUST receive it before 12:00 pm Central Time.  Shipping charges are additional charges that are not included in the product price and are calculated for the shipping location you have specified during checkout.  All costs, fees, and charges are in U.S. dollars.  Country Cat makes every effort to make shipping charges accurate upon check out. Shipping charges are typically based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate. If needed, the estimated shipping amount will be manually corrected by a Country Cat employee during processing. (See Oversized/Overweight Packages info below.)  If you are picking the order up at our store, select the "Pickup at Country Cat" as your shipping method to avoid any shipping charge added to your order.  

Free Shipping.    By selecting the Free shipping option, you agree that Country Cat will ship your order via ground delivery using the carrier determined by Country Cat that is the most economical.  We use USPS, Spee Dee, UPS and FedEx. Depending on your location and items purchased the carrier used will vary.  Shipping transit time is normally 3-7 business days depending on location.  This offer only applies to the lower 48 states in the USA.  Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all shipments outside the USA.  Hazardous, oversized and overweight items as well as liquids (oil, touch up paint, battery acid, etc.) are excluded from this program.  If the shopping cart offers free shipping when an excluded item is in the shopping cart, a Country Cat representative will contact you to notify of the error and quote correct shipping amount.  If you do not agree to the shipping amount, you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund at the time of notification.  See the “Shipping Info” and “Shipping Services” sections below for details on other shipping options.  Offer only available for online orders.  Does not apply to phone, fax, or email orders.

FedEx One Rate.  FedEx One Rate Economy Air will display as a shipping option in the cart if the items you are purchasing are eligible to ship with this service.  This is a 2-3 day air service only available in the USA.

Preferred Shipping.  By selecting the Preferred shipping option, you agree that Country Cat will ship your order via ground delivery using the carrier determined by Country Cat that is the most economical.  We use USPS, Spee Dee, UPS and FedEx. Depending on your location and items purchased the carrier used will vary.  Shipping transit time is normally 2-5 business days depending on location.  This offer only applies to the lower 48 states in the USA.  Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all shipments outside the USA.  Hazardous, oversized and overweight items as well as liquids (oil, touch up paint, battery acid, etc.) are excluded from this program.  If by mistake the shopping cart offers this option when an excluded item is in the shopping cart, a Country Cat representative will contact you to notify of the error and quote correct shipping amount.  If you do not agree to the shipping amount, you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund at the time of notification.  See the “Shipping Info” and “Shipping Services” sections below for details on other shipping options.  Offer only available for online orders.  Does not apply to phone or fax orders.

6.99 Flat Rate.  $6.99 Flat Rate will display as a shipping option when the total of the items in the cart is less than $99.00.  By selecting the Flat Rate shipping option, you agree that Country Cat will ship your order via ground delivery using the carrier determined by Country Cat that is the most economical.  We use USPS, Spee Dee, UPS and FedEx. Depending on your location and items purchased the carrier used will vary.  Shipping transit time is normally 3-7 business days depending on location.  This offer only applies to the lower 48 states in the USA.  Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all shipments outside the USA.  Hazardous, oversized and overweight items as well as liquids (oil, touch up paint, battery acid, etc.) are excluded from this program.  If the shopping cart offers Flat Rate shipping when an excluded item is in the shopping cart, a Country Cat representative will contact you to notify of the error and quote correct shipping amount.  If you do not agree to the shipping amount, you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund at the time of notification.  See the “Shipping Info” and “Shipping Services” sections below for details on other shipping options.  Offer only available for online orders.  Does not apply to phone, fax, or email orders.

6.99 Flat Rate Shipping.  $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping will display as a shipping option whenever there is an item in the cart that has shipping restrictions placed by USPS.  Generally, these are items that are or contain a liquid such as oil, cleaners, batteries with acid pack, touch up paint, etc.  These items cannot be shipped USPS and will be sent via ground delivery using FedEx, UPS, or Spee Dee Delivery.  Shipping transit time is normally 2-5 business days depending on location.

Oversized/Overweight Packages: The estimated shipping amount given for oversized and overweight products during your check out process MAY NOT be correct. Since shipping dimensions on an oversized/overweight item can only be determined during packaging and processing, the shipping cost will be calculated and correctly adjusted by a Country Cat employee prior to being shipped. Country Cat makes every effort to make shipping charges accurate upon check out. Shipping charges are typically based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate.  Following is a list of some examples of APPROXIMATE additional shipping charges for overweight/oversized items; Hoods: $125.00 US dollars each; Sub frames, tunnels, and large ATV fenders: $75.00 US dollars each; smaller ATV fenders: $45.00 US dollars each. Alaska/Hawaii Shipping: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS shipping services.  The shipping estimate that is given when you enter the checkout process MAY NOT be the correct shipping amount.  Country Cat makes every effort to make shipping charges accurate upon check out. Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate. International Shipping:  We only ship internationally to Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Japan, Norway, and Switzerland.  All other countries are prohibited.  We use USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping services.  We are NOT responsible for duty fees or any other customs fees that may be applied during shipment. The shipping estimate that is given when you enter the checkout process MAY NOT be the correct shipping amount.  Country Cat makes every effort to make shipping charges accurate upon check out. Shipping charges are typically based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate. The cost of shipping will be correctly adjusted by one of our employees during processing. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days with a shipping quote for your package.  Country Cat is not responsible for damaged or incorrect items shipped outside the USA.  Buy at your own risk.  Please contact us using the Contact Us page if you have any questions.

Prices: We work very hard to ensure the prices listed on this website are accurate, however, in some cases there are errors and we may not be able to offer the price reflected on the website.  If you purchase a product with a price discrepancy, a Country Cat representative will contact you to inform you of the correct price and verify your order.  At the time of notification, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund if choose to not accept the price change.

Price Protection:  Occasionally products are put on sale.  If you purchased a product from Country Cat and find the same product on our website at a lower price within 10 days of purchase, we provide a gift card to cover the difference.  Simply notify Country Cat via our Contact Us page with details and we will verify the claim.  If approved, we provide an e-gift card to be used on a future purchase.  The value of the gift card will equal the difference between the original purchase price and the new sale price.  This offer is only valid for a period of ten days after the original purchase date.  Any requests made after 10 days will be denied.

Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, click on the item you would like to purchase and place it in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payment in the United States as well as PayPal for both United States and International orders. If you are shopping from outside the United States Paypal will convert the transaction to US Dollars as well as your own currency.

Batteries: Please note that most batteries do not come with acid. To get your battery filled go to a local auto parts store.

Order Processing: Orders are normally processed same business day if received before 12:00pm central time.  Orders placed overnight, on weekends or holidays will be processed during the next business day. Please allow 3-10 business days for orders with out of stock items to be processed and shipped from our location. Back ordered and special ordered items may increase this time. For in store pickup orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Parts Availability/Back Orders: All parts numbers on our site are not necessarily in stock at our store. Some items have to be ordered. This may take from 2 - 10 or more business days to arrive at our store. As soon as they arrive, they will be shipped out to you. Backordered and sold out items may delay delivery. You will be contacted if this situation should occur. Prices of all parts are subject to change without notice. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on order from our supplier. You will be notified via email in 1-3 business days if your item is backordered or sold out. You will have the option to cancel your order at that time if you do not wish to wait.

Superseded/Replaced by Numbers: In some cases a part may be replaced or superseded to a new or updated part number. In many of these cases part prices do change from what you see when you placed your order and are changed without notice.

Canceled Orders: If you cancel an order after it has been placed you will be charged up to a $15.00 cancellation fee.  This is in effect immediately after you click the submit button. Make sure you want the parts before you order them! All cancellation requests must be received within 30 minutes of placing the order or your order will not be able to be canceled. This does not apply to back ordered items that are canceled as long as they have not been shipped from our supplier to us.

Refused Orders: If you refuse to take delivery of an order when the carrier attempts delivery you will be charged the return shipping cost of that delivery as well as a restock fee for the returned shipment.

Tax Charges: 7.125% Sales tax will be applied to all orders picked up at our store.  All other orders will be charged applicable taxes for the shipping location the order will be delivered to.  The June 18,2018 Supreme Court ruling now allows states to require online sellers to collect sales tax even if they do not have physical presence in that state.  All reputable sellers are complying with this new law.  More information can be found here: https://www.countrycat.com/country-cat-faq/orders/sales-tax

Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Return Policy: All returns are submitted electronically through our returns page. No returns will be accepted via phone, text, or email. There are no returns for Bearings, Decals, Hoods, Chassis, Frames, Fenders, Tunnels, Windshields, Electrical Parts, Safety Equipment (avalanche bags, transceivers, etc.), Special Order, and Closeout Items so please take extra care when ordering these items. Closeout items are defined as any product discounted more than 25% off MSRP. If returning an item for monetary refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee on all items. Shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are NOT refundable. Return shipping on the item(s) you are returning is your responsibility.  Restocking fees may be waived if clothing is exchanged for a different size or style. Parts and accessories must be in original unopened package to be eligible for return. Clothing items must have all tags and labels attached and be in new condition. Clothing items that require cleaning (examples: pet hair or smoke smell) will be charged a cleaning fee or may be denied the ability to return.  No returns accepted after 30 Days.

Shipping Discrepancies: If you believe there are missing, damaged, or incorrect items in the package you received report the issue to Country Cat within 10 days of the delivery date using our Contact Us page.  Order discrepancies not reported within 10 days will be automatically denied.

Missing Package: If the tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not seen it, please check your entire property thoroughly before contacting us.  Often, shipping carriers put packages in or by doorways, mailboxes, porches, garages, or sheds on the shipping address property.  Please carefully check all potential locations before contacting us.  If you still can not find your parcel, report the issue to Country Cat within five days of the delivery date using our Contact Us page.  Missing packages not reported within five days of the tracking information showing delivered will be automatically denied.  NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that have been determined to be stolen off your property.

Privacy Policy: During checkout we collect personal information such as name, billing and shipping address, and email address in order to be able to efficiently process and ship your order.  This information is not shared with any third party companies.  If you would like to view our complete privacy policy click here.
